Have you lost the love of your life? If so, what can you do to win love back?  Getting your ex to fall in love with you once more can be a test.  The truth is that there are causes that they called it off.  If you can work out what the reasons are, you’ve a good opportunity to win love back.  

Restoring Trust

If you need to win love back as the other person couldn’t trust you anymore, you’ll have to advance slowly.  If you messed up and fooled around with someone else, you’ve got to prove that you may be faithful again.  

Do You Really Want Them Back?

First, you must be positive that you need your ex back.  What’s going to keep you from straying again?  Could it be the reason you strayed is really because you weren’t a hundred % sure you wanted your ex?  If this is the case, are you now sure that you want the relationship to continue?

There are reasons besides unfaithfulness that a person dumps their lover.  For example, they may be fed up with the relationship.  In this situation, if you would like to win love back, you have got to spice things up a bit.  

When your ex was first interested in you, you were likely not complacent in the dating game.  You planned each date scrupulously, dressed up for the events, and brought small gifts to him from time to time.  As the relationship developed, you could have gotten sloppy about it.  

Make Some Changes

If you believe the reason you are now in the position where you must win love back is that you let the relationship get uninteresting, try spicing things up.  If you meet up again just as friends do something different and exciting.  Meet at a bistro instead of the bowling alley.  Go out for fondue or other interesting food.  Go to a performance with music that she likes.  Do not just sit round the house watching football or American Idol all the time.

The last reason that I am going to debate here about why a break up occurs is that you were just too into your ex.  She didn’t have any room to breathe.  They could still like you, they may still love you, but they did not find any space for themselves in the relationship.  

The most terrible thing you can do is send them a hundred SMS messages a day or call crying at 3:00 a.m. asking why the break up happened.  You win love back by backing off.  When you see your ex, be casual.  Don’t be needy.

There are, of course, many other reasons why your ex could have broken up with you.  When you research why the break up occurred, you can use the space afterward to win love back by making the mandatory changes.  

You will not win love back by continuing in your old way of life.  But you should know that getting back together is achievable.
