As worries for the environment grows, as a result so has the Green Party. The Green Party’s primary platform is ensuring a protected environment and ecology and it is basically run as a grass roots operation. They also spend time on other social issues and believe in resolving many issues with peace and also non-violence.

can my ex wife claim the oldest daughter if I am claim her per divorce degee? I have for 15 yrs?
The divorce degree states that I claim her. Do I need to send a copy of the degree with my taxes or will this be red flagged automatically?

How do the divorce court?
I filed for divorce with a child in Oct. My husband left us. He lives with his mother, is charged to support child once every 5-6 mos. He flies to his guy "friend, see" in another state. Goes on car trips with this same guy "friend". Hardly Works and their work a minimum wage. Did visit college, thats about it. 1st What could the judge say to him? In Texas, divorces are not to blame. Meaning courts give not a durn about the above? 2nd How long must attend the divorce court sessions? In his reply, after I served him, he wrote: "I deny respondent everything. "grammatical errors and all. Frankly, I do not want a divorce and I love him still. But I feel he did what he did. He has left us and has no trouble to see his child, nor to reconcile with its sister, brother, me, child, or anyone else that matters in his life.

Can someone please help me structure how to write this essay. Just the structure, and ideas would really help. Thanks for any of your input.
Well…start with causes, in a couple paragraphs, then effects in a couple paragraphs
Possible causes: financial difficulties, adultery, physical or emotional abuse, poor communication, failed expectations/unmet needs (pick just 2-3)
Effects: if children are involved, they will most likely suffer from some sort of psychological trauma (abadonment issues, poor performance in school, low self-esteem, problems with commitment); emotional suffering; money problems

I am doing a project about the recent history historical events (1993-present). I have Czech roots, the velvet divorce so I really use for my project. But it just does not seem I can the importance of explaining to someone outside of the Czechs.

Texas: What are some of the things to think about when starting a divorce?
I’m thinking of divorcing my spouse but that is a long story. But I would like to get some advice of what things I need to do or get together to start the process. In a nutshell, We have a home, and two vehicles both under our name and two kids both under 13 years of age. At this point I don’t want to make this into a huge custody battle so I want join custody which I am sure she wont have problems with that. What are some of the things I need to think about? Also I know I’ll have to pay child support but what are the percentages? and do I have to get insurance for the kids? Reason why I am asking here is every law firm office I’ve visited has all these ideas, like putting a temporary restraining order on her and other hasty things that I have not even thought about. They all pressure you to do something quick before it’s too late. I think in Texas there’s a no fault type of divorce but I’m not sure it matters but I caught her having an affair with someone else. Suggestions?

Divorce and immigration laws in Texas? nebody not know about the context where help get you to divorce in tx?
I am separated. I have two boys. I'm fixing my husband's immigration documents now he can work and study. Is it true that once he gets his papers completed when I will file the divorce in a month they already taken? I was told you have to wait five years, so nothing happened to his papers? Is that true? I am worried and dont know 'where someone can get this help please help me. I would appreciate it very much.
