Virginia Beach, VA police officer and adultery?

My wife and I divorce apart for over two years she has refused to sign, she has a police officer as a friend now, and he lives with her. Since we are not divorced and there is not really a separation agreement I can think of adultery? I'm really ready for this to be over with.

Go talk to a divorce lawyer. do not get the two years of separation between the two of you would anyone in difficulty. This really has nothing to do with it. If I were you I'd completed the divorce, and cut it loose.
