Some men seem to be born with the instinctive knowledge of how to sweep women off their feet. Others, most likely the most of us, will forever be searching for the elusive key to the female heart. The holy grail of how to attract girls might not have been found by most men, but there are certainly a few tips that will help all of them in the dating game.

The very first thing you should forget is to think that it’s all about looks. Some of the most (in)famous lovers in history were nothing to look at. Some of them were downright ugly, to be quite honest.

Casanova and Napoleon are two of the better-known examples. Casanova was not the best looking man there ever was, yet he seduced more women than most men can even dream of. Napoleon was short and, some would say, ugly. Yet he had no problem to find lovers.

You might be surprised to know how much girls adore men who can make them smile. We’re not talking here about doing acrobatics on the lawn in front of her house or hiring a clown costume, but the ability to make her relax and laugh at the world with you.

When you say something that makes her smile, keep eye contact all the time. Watch how she reacts: if she keeps eye contact as well, you are doing fine. If she looks away, don’t get disheartened. She is not ready yet. Relax and take time to get to know her better before you ask her out.

When approaching a girl, at least try to hide how scared you are deep down inside. Don’t sabotage your own efforts by projecting a ‘I’m going to ask, but she will say no anyway’ image. Act as if saying no would be a very illogical thing for her to do.

Last but not least: never forget that most other men don’t know how to attract girls either. If you could therefore just get a few simple things straightened out, you will end up doing better than the majority of them.
