Mankind loves a lover. We all want that special someone, but sometimes it hurts when we haven’t found them yet and we’re stuck surrounded by people who have. In the art of love there are the pessimists and the optimists and those poor shmucks in the middle.

They don’t lean to strongly either one way or the other, and while they may not be cast in the next remake of Romeo and Juliet, they still get lonely for companionship. Which means that they like to have more than one choice available.

Whether you crash bars, crash clubs, or crash weddings in your pursuit of love one thing is true for all. Meeting people on the go is unreliable and often times dangerous. Though unreliable there’s no denying that the dating scene is wide and varied. However some don’t have the time for it, especially with children, work, and an avalanche of other responsibilities.

There so much room for error that often it may feel as if it isn’t worth it. Heterosexuals have it hard yes, what with finding someone with the same interests in and out of bed, someone they can connect mind to mind with. Their prospects are either still hidden in the closet behind the winter coats, or have come so far out of it that they embody the term, ‘flamingly gay’. Which, by the way, is supremely unattractive unless you’re the poster child for the woman and her ‘gay best friend’. Endless struggle and countless searches later you’ve still failed to find someone who isn’t either one extreme or the next. If that’s the case then it’s more than past time that you tried and even the playing field among gay men and women.

Either way, be aware that just as in real life, cyber dating takes just as much courage as in real life. It can either let you see the real them or the lengths to which they will carry their lies. Persevere either way, because we all get burned once in a while and until the time comes when the fire’s no longer as hot, then keep on trying. You’re efforts will bear fruit eventually.
