Serious consequences follow any infidelity episode no matter if we are talking about a family or an un-married couple. This is a reality that many people have to face nowadays. The rate of infidelity has increased among women, ever since they have become independent and more confident in their social position. When confronted with such a situation, no husband can see things clearly, and he cannot see beyond the rage of the moment.

You can file a divorce against your wife or you can let the dust settle, separate for a while and then decide. There are many reasons why a cheating wife caught or not has preferred adultery over the couple relationship. Infidelity usually occurs when women feel little appreciated or when they don’t get all the love they expect. On many occasions, adultery results from the woman’s effort to bring back romance into her life.

Daily routine and a boring family life make people forget the great times when they used to laugh out of nothing. Spouses get to know each other so well that there is no more thrill, nothing left to explore, and then, a fire kindles with an element of novelty coming from outside. This is how most affairs begin, whether for men or for women. A cheating wife caught red handed can actually blame her husband for her unfaithfulness.

‘You don’t give me enough attention’, ‘you no longer love me’, ‘you call me fat and unattractive’, ‘you won’t make love to me’ and much more make the common reproaches a husband will hear from an angry or bitter wife. Is adultery a solution or an alternative for this? Hard to tell. It takes time, patience and a very warm heart to forget and forgive the image of the cheating wife caught in another man’s arms.

If it is too hard to cope with the situation on your own, talk to your therapist, and try to leave the other family members as uninvolved as possible. If you break up in ugly circumstances, your children will suffer most. Divorce is harsh, although sometimes it seems like the only alternative. Don’t make decisions when you are angry or hurt and do not give up on your marriage easily. There may still be a chance.
