Teenage Love Affair

It can’t be helped if sometimes you feel as if your partner is cheating on you, because frankly, doubts can get the best of us. But, what can be helped is the truth in this situation, as you will never know if they really are, unless you do something to find out. You get these inklings because you know your partner well enough to think that something is not right about his actions, and It’s quite obvious that he/she doesn’t act as loyal as they should. But, how do you know for sure? Read through these guidelines to confirm your suspicions…..

• Mysterious callers – You should know that something is up when your partner is suddenly very interested in his cellphone. He is texting like a teenager and always on calls with somebody “from work” or somebody else that you vaguely know. Oftentimes, your house phone rings but nobody speaks when you answer the call.

This is not meant to condone what you did. Cheating is a betrayal of someone’s trust. It may seem that lying in an effort to deny such an act only adds more fuel to the fire, but as long as there is no certainty that you were caught, you would want to bring things back to the way they were, and make your woman happy. Even when denying your bad behavior, you are actually giving her hope that you are not the slimebag that she thought you to be. If she could be convinced that you were actually not cheating, this will be to her relief, and things can go back to the way they used to be.

You need to dig deep and investigate whether the cheating occurred due to physical reasons or merely for emotional causes. In either case the aggrieved party will be thoroughly destroyed and regaining the trust will take time.

It may sound a bit odd considering the gravity of the situation, but the thing is you can’t expect to get back together unless both you and your Ex get totally honest with each other. In order to save a relationship after an affair, you have to have answers to some inconvenient questions, and only total honesty can lead to it.

You will also find that your partner will easily forget important dates and won’t show up or be there when you need him/her. Your birthday will easily be forgotten, and more often than not, your lover will stop showing up to family events, and outings with other friends that both of you share.

• Disinterest – If your partner has become disinterested in spending time alone with you recently, then your relationship is definitely on the rocks. He may have a new love interest or has gotten bored with how things are between the two of you. Talk it out calmly with him/her.

Despite all the odds being against you, you can learn to save a relationship after an affair if you stop beating about bush and get down to addressing the serious issues. So what are you waiting for, go and save your relationship!
