Every family is preparing for Christmas, how about no.1 golfer Tiger Woods’.
Following with Woods’ series of affairs, Swedish model Elin Nordegren have no energy to prepare for Christmas and she is in talks with divorce lawyers. However, she’s pretending a normal family life for the sake of their two children.
Nordegren is said to have told a close friend that she wants to spend Christmas with Tiger and the kids in Sweden before a trial separation in the New Year.

California family law?
Today I got some papers from my ex. Apparently he filed for the divorce in March of this year. He sent me the Summons, a copy of the petition and the response that I can file. I’m a bit confused right now. Since I’m supposed to respond within 30 days and he already filed 5 months ago, does that mean if I don’t respond we can get divorced next month (in CA it’s after 6 months)? I wouldn’t mind that by the way. Looks a bit like he’s trying to trick me or something by sending me the papers 5 months after filing…?
Yes, he sent them via registered letter. I’m not sure HE’s supposed to send them to me. But why would he wait that long to send them to me?

My family is stupid orthodox family for that I am suffering now! They didn’t allow me to speak to girl before marriage! I want to get divorce from we married on 2007 Jan after I found deformity on the left hand of the girl and we got separated on Feb (The marriage was not consummated). I sent a divorce notice to them they filed a police compliant against me for dowry harassment. Then I approached court and told them about the deformity and mental behavior of the girl court sent us both to institute of mental health for check up the out come was the girl as affected with some kind of diseases called distonia (its like Parkinson disease). For 8 months this process went in high court with 10 mediation then in the final mediation girl side asking for 4 lakhs for mutual consent.But they cheated me and my life spoiled because of them I said it is not possible for me to give such a huge amount .I filed a divorce case in family court so now the case in family court for 4 months.

Is a simplified divorce, the best solution for me?
My husband had an affair for quite some time, I just found out on this New Year's Eve. I decided I want nothing from him, my things will only get in and out, he has nothing that I need. So at least we both agree on the division of property (None). He told me that the cheapest and best way was to do a divorce by a "simplified divorce procedures" (Florida), but that in order to do it, we must agree that we split by "mutual decision not because of adultery. Well, I would say that the truth I want it in public records, so it does not full the next person he is with me, as it is full … is it true that if I go further and say that he has a Affair, I will have until today at a hearing in court, or can I proceed with the simplified divorce anyway without complications?
